If Willis was talkin' bout being busy. It's been pretty crazy round the Alford homestead lately. We haven't seen a lot of each other in the past two weeks or so and even when we are home together we are busy doing other things.
LA is working every day of the week right now. She has started a software conversion at work and will be working on that for about another two to three weeks. She has worked the past 15 days straight only staying in Little Rock on saturdays so she can catch up on the mailings she has to do and reading the manuals for her new software.
I have one week left of school that is keeping me pretty busy. For the past month I have been getting up at 6 and reading for an hour and a half before going to work, reading and taking tests during lunch and coming home and reading and taking more tests. Luckily, all that will be over soon and I can start applying to grad. school again.
The great thing about when we actually do have some time together is that we get to plan out our two week trip that we are taking at the end of July and beginning of August. We will be spending one week on the road visiting different locations including the Jack Daniels distillery, Great Smokey Mountain National Park and various brewpubs all on our way to a week on the beach in Florida. We will be camping at various state parks along the way in Tennessee and Alabama. We are effing pumped about it and the excitement is just about all that is getting both of us through this busy time.

I can totally relate to not seeing your spouse. It is not easy, but it sounds like your va-ca will more than make up for it. Take me along with you!
