You guys may not know this but I like to make up southern phrases that really mean nothing. Normally I only send them to Chad so he can slip them into his lectures to unsuspecting undergrads but now that we have this fourm I thought I would share them with everyone. Try to slip them into everyday conversation and just wait for the expression on the face of the other person. It'll be fun
So here is your Made Up Southern Phrase O' The Week:
"It's like making butter with a wolverine. Somebody's gonna get hurt and nobody's gonna get any butter."

Can you send me a bunch of these so I can use them to impress/mortify Utards? I'll write them on a little index card and keep it in my white coat. It'll be sweet, and they'll think it's authentic since I'm from Arkansas.
